My weight fluctuates by a couple of pounds around my period time. Does anyone have similar experience? I become so tired and exhausted and eat a bit more sweet stuff around that time but after it's over, My appetite drops a lot.

I also realized that eating in front of TV is one of the major reasons for not losing weight which is more of the western, mechanical and fast paced life style. I think we over eat and don't pay attention to get satisfaction from the food that we are eating in front of TV.

Today wasn't particularly a good foodwise. Very busy with my sick son. I had some cheese puffs and sugar cookies plus usual food. My guess is about 1900 Calories for today.

My son got terribly sick with a high fever last night and I haven't slept. I remember to have a bit of omelet and some bread this morning. Around noon, I took him out to get some air and bought a latte which unfortunately my son spilled all of it on the kitchen's floor.

Breakfast:
egg and cheese in spinach wrap (350)+ black coffee
Lunch: Pho noodle soup (350): I just ate the clear broth, all fresh veggies, lean chicken and just very little of the noodle. I left most of the noodles in the bowl.

Dinner: home made pesto pizza (450)+lettuce
