My weight fluctuates by a couple of pounds around my period time. Does anyone have similar experience? I become so tired and exhausted and eat a bit more sweet stuff around that time but after it's over, My appetite drops a lot.
I also realized that eating in front of TV is one of the major reasons for not losing weight which is more of the western, mechanical and fast paced life style. I think we over eat and don't pay attention to get satisfaction from the food that we are eating in front of TV.
